Shipping and Returns
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
After your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email containing details of your order and shipment (including tracking number). Please use our "Track Order" page for order delivery details.
Luxevintage will happily accept returns if a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in the original packaging, unused and resealable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to
arrange their most convenient shipping method through our support email
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to either original payment method or store
credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed
Luxevintage will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
8. PROCESS FOR PARCEL DAMAGED IN-TRANSIT
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as we receive evidence that the items were damaged/faulty. Any Quality Issues related to damages of defects, please email us with the proof to firstname.lastname@example.org. Items need to returned to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
