Shipping and Returns


GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION


We are a USA based registered company and we keep most of our stock in the USA warehouse, however, we have several warehouses around the world, and some of our products will be shipped from abroad which will result in longer shipping times. In such case, once the order is confirmed, orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days and will be delivered in 7-15 days. 

After your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email containing details of your order and shipment (including tracking number).

3. IMPORTANT
Once the order is shipped we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen mail. Insurance is available at an additional cost so contact us if you're interested in adding insurance to your order.

4. CUSTOMS FEES

All orders to EU and UK are inclusive of the Customs fees. No additional customs or duties are to be paid by the customer. In case of any customs or Duties collection request, please contact us.

We are unable to advise in certain rare cases, as they change from country to country depending on local imports legislation. Occasionally goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or extreme weather conditions. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

5. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double check your mailing address before placing your order via direct checkout or PayPal. We cannot be responsible if you do not receive your order because we were given the incorrect or incomplete mailing address. We are not liable for any unsuccessful delivery due to wrong addresses or access code issues.  Please email immediately us at care@luxevintage.co if you have entered an incorrect shipping address.

6. MISSING PACKAGES AND OTHER ISSUES
Please only contact us at care@luxevintage.co if you have not received your order in 2 weeks.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us with pictures or videos with proof of damage or defect or the if a wrong item was sent



7. RETURNS

Luxevintage will happily accept returns if a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in the original packaging, unused and resealable condition.


Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to
arrange their most convenient shipping method through our support email

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to either original payment method or store
credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed
through email.
Luxevintage will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.


8. PROCESS FOR PARCEL DAMAGED IN-TRANSIT

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as we receive evidence that the items were damaged/faulty. Any Quality Issues related to damages of defects, please email us with the proof to care@luxevintage.co. Items need to returned to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
